The Carlson Viking GNSS Base & Rover Receiver is a flagship, American-made GNSS positioning solution engineered for surveyors, construction professionals, GIS mapping, marine surveying, and advanced RTK applications. Utilizing Carlson’s innovative Triple-Fix technology with dual GNSS RTK modules and three independent RTK engines, the Viking delivers highly reliable centimeter-level positioning while virtually eliminating false fixes in challenging environments.
Designed for maximum versatility, the Viking can operate as either a base or rover and supports all major satellite constellations including GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, QZSS, and NavIC. Integrated calibration-free tilt compensation maintains precise measurements at inclinations up to 60°, while rugged IP67 and MIL-STD-810G construction ensures dependable performance in harsh field conditions. Combined with Carlson SurvPC software, advanced anti-jamming protection, and flexible communication options including UHF radio, cellular modem, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi, the Viking provides a complete high-performance GNSS workflow for demanding surveying applications.
